Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms") carefully before using the Arève Sciences website (the "Site"). By accessing the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1. Acceptance and Eligibility

By accessing or using this Site, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. The Site is not directed at or intended for use by anyone under 18.

Arève Sciences is in pre-launch. The site currently accepts waitlist registrations and connects wearable accounts for testing. No product is offered for sale, and no payment is collected.

2. Current Status — Pre-Launch

This website is operating in a pre-launch, waitlist-only capacity. No product is currently offered for sale, no payment is taken, and no subscription or membership is activated at this time. All content on the Site, including protocol descriptions, pricing indications, and product imagery, is provided for informational and interest-assessment purposes only and does not constitute an offer to sell.

3. Waitlist Registration

Providing your email address to join the waitlist does not:

  • Guarantee your access to the product when it launches
  • Lock in any pricing, discount, or availability
  • Establish a contract of sale or a reservation

We reserve the right to determine availability, pricing, and launch timing in our sole discretion. We will communicate updates to waitlist members in good faith but make no representations about timing.

4. Connecting a Wearable Device

If and when you connect an Oura or WHOOP account:

  • You authorise Arève Sciences to access the data scopes you approve through that provider's OAuth consent screen
  • Your use of the Oura and WHOOP devices and platforms remains subject to Oura's own Terms of Service and WHOOP's own Terms of Service, which are independent agreements between you and those providers
  • You may disconnect your wearable account at any time through your provider's settings or our platform; disconnecting stops further data collection from that source
  • Arève Sciences is not responsible for the performance, availability, or policies of third-party wearable providers

5. Not Medical Advice

The Arève Sciences service is not a medical product and does not constitute medical advice.

Content on this Site — including sleep protocols, recovery metrics, supplement descriptions, and any personalised recommendations — is provided for informational and performance-optimisation purposes only. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.

Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before making changes to your diet, supplement use, or sleep practices, particularly if you have a health condition or are taking medication.

These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable regulation
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Site, its servers, or any connected system
  • Scrape, crawl, or harvest content or data from the Site without our prior written consent (automated access for the purpose of regulatory or partner review is permitted)
  • Upload or transmit malicious code, spam, or any content that is defamatory, harassing, or infringing
  • Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including text, graphics, logos, charts, and software — is the property of Arève Sciences or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our prior written consent. Personal, non-commercial reference use is permitted.

8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Arève Sciences and its officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months, or 100 US dollars if you paid us nothing.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States. This section will be updated as our corporate details are finalised, and any change will be posted on this page with a revised date.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. We will revise the "Last updated" date and, for material changes, notify waitlist members by email. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
